The donation collection has been started since yesterday evening and the total donations received so far is around SGD 1800, said one of the organizers for donations collection at Singapore.<br /><br />Ongoing discussions have been carried out with international organizations and NGOs for help. After Tsunami in 2004, Myanmar Government turned down the offer to help the affected areas of Irrawady NGOs of foreign countries.
