SDSU Drug Bust: Let's Not Blame the Frats (theta chi)

I've been thinking about the duke rape hubbub- you know, the one where a bunch of college lacrosse players were falsely charged with rape? There, the focus was on college athletes & sex crime, here it is frats and drug crime. So, it shouldn't be a witch hunt for the frats involved.
